wellness4one Personal Fitness provides a lightweight interface to the free wellness4one.com health and fitness community. This application gives you access to your workout data where you need it most: in the gym or at the track.
wellness4one Personal Fitness allows you to log new workouts, copy prior workouts for use as templates or edit previous workouts.
This application features a simple workout logging interface and operates much like any other utility on the iPhone. While it does not provide reports, graphs, videos, calorie counting, etc., these features and more are available in your free wellness4one.com account created simply by signing on to this program.
Unlike other fitness software, wellness4one Personal Fitness provides just the workout logging and retrieval features you need when you need them. This has three major advantages:
1) Various robust features are available on the free wellness4one.com website such as reporting, personal fitness websites, calorie counting and fitness challenges.
2) When the time comes to switch to a new device, all of your workout history is not lost.
3) Workouts are not stored on the device, freeing space for more songs, pictures, etc.
