This is not a good app. It isnt user friendly and constantly crashes. My company recently switched our corporate cards to Wells Fargo. Seems like a exercise in frustration, if your company is thinking of WF maybe another option is best.
Freezes Way Too Much and Limited Functionality
The app has very limited functionality. You can add receipts, but if you use the back button, then the app will freeze 100% of the time. Then you will have to re-login. Also if you want to code a transaction, then you have to go to the actual website which is just a hyperlink. There you have to re-login again. Basically, Wells Fargo has an app, because that is the thing to do. This was not designed with an end user in mind. I use it to upload receipts, and that is it. Just make sure you do that without any mistakes, because the back button causes the app to freeze and you have to start all over.
So worthless...
I dont write reviews, but I just got so mad at this app and couldnt stop myself anymore. I am forced to use this for work and it just so user unfriendly. You think you took a perfect picture of the check youre depositing, but no... Try again! How about, try another dozen times before it okays your efforts. This app is just so aggravating! I spend 10 minutes depositing one check! BofA app lets me do it in seconds! Get it together Wells Fargo!
Sluggish and old
No fingerprint ID to sign in. Taking pictures of checks is a joke. Now with iOS 10 out its even worse. Id rather make trips to the bank.
Poor Upload Receipts Options
In iOS 10 the upload from your photos library looks to be broken. The app also need to be able to pull in doucments from other areas on the phone like iCloud, dropbox, or any other document storage location on the phone.
Broken in iOS10
One of the main benefit of this app is to be able to snap a photo of your receipt and upload it directly from your phone. However, as others have stated this functionality no longer works in iOS10 and no there has been no acknowledgement of this or communication of when this will be fixed. Frustrating.
