This app can only be used by patients who have been invited by their Physician through the WeShare Physician Portal. Do you ever feel like you and your doctor are speaking different languages? Do you have trouble telling your doctor what is actually wrong with you? Problems with urination are hard to describe. And to make things worse, patients like you often forget or feel nervous or embarrassed and don’t tell the doctor about your symptoms. Doctors forget too – they forget to ask or don’t ask questions that are specific enough to understand the problem or they only half listen because of time constraints. The net result is that the doctor often does not have enough specific information about your specific problem so that he can diagnose your specific condition. With weShare™, you don’t have to remember answers to the tough questions; instead you can record your symptoms as they happen right on your phone. With this easy to use application, your doctor will receive a detailed picture of your current urinary health and be able to understand your problems before you even visit the office. You can even access summaries and analysis of your completed questionnaires and diaries to see exactly what the doctor sees. Included now: A 24-hour (bladder) diary – Every time you go to the bathroom, you will record the time and amount of your urination and answer questions 3 questionnaires that when combined with the diary can help your doctor diagnose your problems: The “Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms Questionnaire,” the “American Urological Association Symptoms Score,” and the “Patient Global Impression of Improvement.” Detailed summaries of your questionnaires and diaries for you and your doctor Coming soon: • Further explanation of urological issues and the applications of this diary • Specialized diaries to diagnose other urological symptoms
