I have $34.50 in my Whataburger account and when I order, my credit card is charged and the $34.50 mis not debited. I removed my Paypal and credit card info from their app and will continue to order until the account is exhausted and then go to Freddie's when I want a burger. I am not pleased with their app at all.

Terrible system. Deliveries outsource to Uber with 0 communication feature when the driver ever messes up or gets lost and your order gets unfulfilled. Then Whataburger will come after you if you ask for a refund or chargeback
