All reviews →Ever wonder why the app works fine for some but intermittently or not at all for others? Suspect that some are experiencing an IP address conflict with the endoscope's default IP address (192.168.1.1) This address is also the default for some common home routers (Netgear, Linksys/Cisco, TP-Link, etc.) Try shutting off your network (router) before using the endoscope.
