Our secure app makes managing your Health Plus health benefits easy by providing convenient access to important health plan information. Health Plus Mobile provides the most commonly used features from mywkhealthplus.com in a mobile environment, including:
- Medical Claims –Review a summary list of your medical claims, detailed claims information and view images of your EOBs.
- Pharmacy Claims – Review your pharmacy claims summaries and detailed claims information.
- ID Cards – View an image of your ID Card, request a new ID Card or send a copy of your ID Card to your provider.
- PPO Directories – Access links to your PPO and provider directories
- Ask a Rep a question – Submit any questions you have for response via return phone call or email – or – press a button to directly call a customer service representative.
- Nurse Helpline - press an icon from the main menu to directly call the Nurse Helpline.
