TechCrunch comes to Balkan! That is right, John Biggs will be rolling through Sofia, Belgrade, Zagreb and Ljubljana at the beginning of July for a series of informal meet-ups for all of those that want to know more about TechCrunch, startups, funding and entrepreneurship.
