KariBerliner · 10 years ago · v1.0

I bought this App some years ago. I liked it to train. I used it last year very well. Now that Im back to training, the app crashes in my iPhone 5s (iOS8.2) and iPad Mini (iOS8.2). I wish it works again. Please

Over and Over

In every set of workout, they use the same exercises over and over again :((

... Of money!!! Great setup, interface and program but it could definitely use some improvement. 1st- the workouts shouldnt require a whole lot of equipment to perform. Not everyone has the money to invest in a balance ball, medicine ball, dumbbells, raised steps, stretch bands etc. Why not present great workouts that use just your own body without added parafernalia?! 2nd- should one want to invest all the money to get the equip then the exercise programs should have some sort of audio instructions so one doesnt have to be constantly looking at the phone wondering what to do next. Very annoying and distracting. 3rd- along with the voice instructions some audio encouragement would be appreciated. Such as having a voice saying something like: "you have 5 more reps to go until you can take a break, keep it up". Call me silly but that helps me stay motivated! Anyway, since this had no reviews and I ended up buying it anyway I figured Id give others a fair warning.
