Word Nerd is a crossword and puzzle solver.

Word Nerd provides a complete dictionary with over 140,000 words and over 200,000 definitions. A number of data sets are included, including famous people, landmarks, cities and historical events - as well as all the usual words youd expect to find in a dictionary.
Easily find the word or definition you are looking for with the following search options:
- search for specific words. e.g. w?rd to get ward, word, wyrd
- search for anagrams. e.g. h?rse to get fresh, horse, share, shire, etc.
- search the definitions to find synonyms or related words. e.g. "flood" returns words like ark, deluge, pouring, rain and torrent.
Word Nerd is an essential tool for any keen puzzler, be it crosswords, anagrams, Scrabble or other word game.
Word Nerd is also handy as a comprehensive offline dictionary.

The app works but the screen is always in portrait even when the onscreen keyboard is in landscape and neither can be changed. Any typing you do will be hidden by the keyboard. There are no options to change from portrait to landscape so you are stuck. Other than that the app is good.
