I liked Buzzword and various card games. This one does it for me after an hour use. Too bad I could not find a demo before buying it, I risked the 5$ and was not deceived.

Interesting
Does not work on Lion
The game is great but the application does not work on OS 10.7 (Lion).
App Crash
Word Solitaire is a great game when you can access it, which is infrequent. The Support feature on this app is non-functioning. For $4.99 I expect much more than Candywriter delivers.
Challenging and Enjoyable
Im loving this game. It plays without any problems on my MBP. The "Daily Puzzle" feature, along with the "Quick Play" mode gets most of my attention of late. The interaction of the game is very quick and simple to move around in. A good vocabulary will definitely help with a game like this - as is often the case in any word game, the larger the word(s) the better the score. There is some background music built in, and though it can be switched off it does give a mild ambience to the game without being too annoying. Having said all of that, I will admit that I can only play a few games at a time (cant see me playing this for hours on end), but I do come back to it almost daily, for the daily puzzle, that is.
Love the game but crashes
I have had this on my ipad for sometime & love this app. Got it for my MBP & at first it was slow & now it crashes every time I try to open it. My MBP is new so the problem is not with it. Love this game so much, just want to be able to use it on my MBP
Word Solitaire
This game just crashes, I cannot get it to open. So far, the company has not reponded to my email. I love this game on my ipad2, but it will NOT work on my MBP. I am hoping this gets resolved soon, I paid for this app.
This Is One Of My All Time Favorite Word Games
I have this on my Mac and my iPhone. I play a lot of scrabble and words with friends and love all word games. This gives me lots of solo practice for scrabble and the extra challenges of being limited how you move the letters and the special levels where a certain letter of the alphabet is featured. I have been through all 200+ levels and have started through for the second time. The music is great…relaxing and condusive to concentration…I just love everything about this game.
