For every athlet, this is the "must have" app:
— Timer function with additional "Sets" (so called "Supersets")
— Save your individual training circuits by name
— Calories calculation for many sports via MET
— View training statistics online, combined with other BETAworkout-Apps
— Music function with power and pause music
— Share training success with your friends
The functions are:
– Set the length of circuits from 10 seconds to 60 minutes
– Set break times from 0 seconds to 60 minutes
– Set the number of repetitions from 1 to 50
– Set the number of sets from 1 to 50
– Set additional break between sets from 0 seconds to 60 minutes
– Signal to indicate start and end of a circuit
– Sound on / off
– Listen to your iPod music while training
– Landscape or portrait display possible — place your iPhone somewhere and look at it from distance!
– Active sounds and functions via on/off button even with display lock on
– Use for various sports activities (e.g. sparring, track & field, physical exercise at school, etc.)
