Nourish gives you access to over a million recipes which you can tailor to suit your diet & lifestyle needs. We cover the majority of diets - vegetarian, vegan, etc & allergies. Create your own shopping list and while also checking your hydration throughout the day. Inspire covers mindfulness & meditations which are customised for various events throughout the day. Morning, lunch break or if you had a tough day or you would like a mindfulness session to drift you off to sleep we have you covered. Through our live chat, you can talk to our health care team.
