Description
This version of Wormhole Remote works only on the iPhone and iPod Touch. For the universal version that supports the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch, see the Wormhole Remote app.
Access your Mac computer from your iPhone on the local network. Wormhole Remote is great for keeping up while you are walking around temporarily away from your computer.
Features:
- Uses Bonjour for quick and easy connection
- Communicates with the Wormhole Remote Server running on your Mac (separate free download; requires Mac OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard)
- Supports common mouse actions such as click, double click, right click, and dragging
- View any window in any application without the clutter of VNC-based full-desktop access
- Clipboard integration copies and pastes rich text, images, and audio between your device and computer
- Supports keyboard modifier keys (Control, Alt/option, Command) and special keys (Tab, Esc, F-keys, etc)
- Full keyboard support including international characters
- Swipe left and right to move quickly through recent windows
- Use the Pin feature to turn Wormhole Remote into a second screen for any window
