Workout with Xercise! Its your all-in-one exercise application!
If you ever workout at the gym or even at home, this is the application for you. You can make your own workout and include anything you want!
Features Include:
▌Workouts - hold the information for activities you create.
■Use a reminder to set a time of the day and which day(s) of the week you would like to be notified about your workout*
■You may also choose to make a duplicate of a workout. This could be useful to have another workout similar to the one you have without starting from scratch.*
▌Activities - are the things you do for your workouts.
■Activities are both powerful and versatile.
■With time enabled you determine the length of an activity.
■With time disabled your activity will only end when you choose to go to the next activity.
■With breaks enabled you determine a period and duration during your activity to have a break.
■Repeats - repeat the activity after its time is up, for the set number of repeats.*
■Transitions - there are three types of transitions:
1) Play Tone - Plays a loud audible tone.
2) Next Song - If playing music, goes to the next song.*
3) Vibrate - Shortly vibrates the device.
■You may choose to make a duplicate of an activity and add it to any workout.*
There is no limit to the amounts of activities or workouts you can create.*
▌Workout Clock - controls your workouts and displays critical information about things such as the current activity, next activity and workout details.
■Pause a workout at anytime, skip an activity, or go back to a previous activity.
▌Music Controls - workout to your own music and have your workout control the music playing!*
■Have your music pause when you pause your workout.*
* May require upgrade to premium for some or all of this feature.
