Description

The Yardi PAYplus app enables you to quickly approve invoices. You can also view/email/air print invoice images and view invoice fields from the app. PAYplus is a web-based invoice coding and approval system specifically designed for the property management industry. Your company must be implemented to use PAYplus and you must have an existing PAYplus account to use this app. Yardi PAYplus App Feature List - View a list of statuses that are currently assigned to invoices, similar to the dashboard - View the total number of invoices currently assigned to each listed status - Search for invoices and filter the search results by instance, vendor, building, invoice date, due date or Pay ID - Quickly approve invoices (see below) - View invoice images - Magnify an image to better view information printed or written on it - Email invoice details and its image - Air Print invoice images with iOS 4.2 and greater - View some invoice fields including: description, status, period date, invoice date, due date, vendor, building, PAY ID, and invoice amount - View Invoice allocations - View the approval history for an invoice (includes user IDs of users who made previous status changes) APPROVING AN INVOICE The Yardi PAYplus app enables you to approve an invoice by assigning the next appropriate workflow status to it. The primary status displays in bold and all available optional statuses (based on the assigned workflow) are available for selection. NOTE To use the PAYplus app and to assign the next status to an invoice, appropriate information must be entered in all of the required fields on the Invoice screen in the PAYplus system (i.e., the current invoice status must be a validated status). ABOUT THE YARDI PAYPLUS SYSTEM PAYplus is an invoice coding and approval system specifically designed for the property management industry. Invoices can be mailed to PO boxes (which are scanned by a Processing Center) or a user can email PDF files containing scanned invoices or directly upload PDF files into the system. PAYplus integrates with major property management accounting systems such as Voyager and CTI.
