Description
Yazaki provides foods to Staff, Operator, CL Operator, CL Temporary, Trainee, Security, Visitor, House Keeper and General. Yazaki is following the manual system to provide food. So our solution involves card reader and display system for both temporary staff and permanent staff. If the staff/Operator scan card then our application will check the attendance data, if he is present then system will display the details, and display will show the three persons details at a time. Security will give the plate to the staff to get the food for that person. Else our application will show the warning message. If Security/Visitor/House Keeping/ Trainee/General scan temporary ID card then our application deducts the department who issued the temporary ID and Maintain data then data will show on the screen then security will provide plate to get the food for that person.
If the system fails then admin has to authorize the head count.
