you_app è lapp di you_are: consente, di seguire le fasi di lavorazione riducendo drasticamente i tempi, le spedizioni via mail di files o link, e i rischi di privacy a questi connessi, grazie alle notifiche push.
NB: le credenziali daccesso per gli utenti, per ogni singolo progetto vengono rilasciate da you_are previa autorizzazione degli aventi diritto.
Le notifiche sono previste per:
- upload nuovo edit
- upload work in progress post produzione
- upload file di riferimento per lavorazioni
- nuovo commento ad un file di uno degli utenti abilitati al singolo progetto.
Gli accreditati potranno:
- inserire un commento inerente una specifica versione di video
- rispondere direttamente a commenti di altri utenti
- scaricare un video, che resterà disponibile allinterno dellapp anche se offline
- visionare e scaricare versioni di video precedenti.
- accedere in qualsiasi momento ai progetti per i quali sono accreditati.
