Jeden Tag gibt es eine kleine Aktion, mit der man eine Veränderung starten kann um gesunder und positiver den Tag zu gestalten. Ob man nun mehr Wasser statt zuckrige Getränke trinkt, seine Obstschale auffüllt oder einfach nur einmal die Natur geniesst. Und das ganze teilt man in der Community. Toller Ansporn, tolle App.

which app actually improves your life day by day? this one offers easy micro actions that help you to feel better in different parts of your life. you can choose what they might be. the actions are presented visually and are easy to follow. you dont need a ton of tools or preparation for them. a large part is food but besides that there are actions on mindfulness, activity or simply a friendly reminder to take quality time and just feel good about yourself. the choice to complete an action is yours - always. see what other members do to improve and let them help motivate you! share experiences and help others to archieve their goals. no harm done right? quite the opposite!
