Theres nothing more real than a photo of your current figure to motivate you to obtain, or maintain, your ideal body. Keep yourself motivated on your weight loss (or gain) journey with the Youday photo journal. See how your physique has transformed over the weeks, track your weight over time, and generate a before/after photo, comparing the first photo of your journey with the most recent one. This method has been shown to work for me, my friends, and countless others whove tried it--we hope this app makes it easy for you too!
