Eligible users of this application are parents with children born at Blacktown or Nepean Hospitals as well as Auburn, Westmead or Blue Mountains Anzac Memorial Hospitals.
The New South Wales Health mobile BlueBook allows parents to manage their children’s health records and monitor their development using a mobile device. The BlueBook connects parents to their health professionals, and helps the sharing of important health information about their children. The mobile BlueBook is not a health diagnostic tool. If you have health concerns about your child, please contact your health professional.

This seems like a terrific app, Im in dire need of it for my baby, but only specific people can use this, why? This should be available for all people.
