YoWindow Weather at Mac App Store analyse

Dont waste your money. There are plenty of apps out there that are three dollars or less that outdo this one. It is not a background. Might be worth a dollar at most.

This is what makes this weather app so good: You have the choice to show any or all of the following: Wind, Pressure, Humidity, Feels Like, Snow Level, UV Index, Visibility, Sunrise, Sunset, Day Length, Moon Phase and a Forecast Panel showing up to 15 days! It can easily be dragged to your dock. One of the things thats cool and different on YoWindow Weather is that when you click the time at the top of the page it shows what the weather will be for that specific time. You can also click a date and the whole calendar shows up. Several locations can be stored. You can use photos as landscapes or choose from existing animated landscapes that change with the time of day (blinking lights come on in the airplanes at night, for instance) and you actually hear sounds like the airplane taking off and landing (our dog loves the rooster or chicken!). My husband actually asked me to turn the sound effects louder! Customer service is at lightning speed (pardon the pun); I got an email response within an hour from the author of the program addressing a registration key question for my husbands Windows App, although they encourage checking the FAQ and Forum first. Now thats impressive! I looked at all the other weather apps and none seems to have all of these options. Well worth the ten bucks! You wont regret this purchase!

I use chrome extention and like it very much. I downloaded Mac version via app store but did not start at all.

Every. Single. DAY. this stupid app would reinstall THE SAME VERSION. Broken - useless - DO NOT INSTALL

This app has everything about the weather. Even sound effects of the weather outside. The only reason I did not rate it 5 is that "YoWindow" is a terrible name for an application.

I absolutely LOVE this app! I check it every day so I know what kind of clothes to wear! But… the new update wont let me open the app. It just has a question mark on it! (I own a macbook) Please help!!! HELP!!!!!

Im not a computer whiz but I had this yo window app from February 12 2012 all I can say its the best weather app ever you keep putting Little upgrades and it as time goes by just makes it better and better sometimes I leave it on as a screen saver balls I can say is youve done a good job Great weather app thank you
