Egg Timer helps you boil eggs to the exact doneness you want — soft, medium, or hard — with a clear mm:ss countdown you can trust. Set your doneness, tap Start, and watch the timer on screen, on your Home Screen widget, and on the Lock Screen (Live Activity). The countdown keeps running when you lock your phone or switch apps, and you get a notification when time is up. A short “How to cook” guide is built in. Why users switch to Egg Timer 3: • Reliable countdown — no more guessing or hidden timers • Soft (2:30), Medium (4:40), Hard (10:00) presets • Live Activity on Dynamic Island and Lock Screen • Widget — quick start or live countdown; brief “Ready!” state when done • Background alert when cooking finishes • Calm kitchen design; stop anytime with confirmation Free with optional ads: small banner on Home and Timer; up to two full-screen ads per day when returning home after cooking.
