Yup Team Driver App: App allows the drivers who are using our platform to receive notifications for pickup truck service and allows our clients to have better visibility on their goods; they are able to track where the goods are and know the estimated time of arrival; our app also allows our drivers to plan their deliveries and offer them a flexible schedule that fits within their working hours. When our client requests a pickup truck service via our app, the system will automatically send notifications to drivers. Only one driver can accept the request. The system will generate 2 jobs for the drivers with the following steps: (The 2 jobs consists of 1- collecting the goods & 2- successfully delivering the goods) A- Collecting the goods- Job 1 1. The driver will accept the job and the client receive a notification with the driver and truck details (driver name, mobile number, vehicle plate number). 2. When the driver wants to go to the ‘’pick up’’ location, he presses ‘’start’’. The client can track the driver location and can also see the estimated time of arrival. 3. When the driver reaches the ‘’pick up’’ location, he presses ‘’arrived’’. The client will be notified that the driver has arrived; the driver will then pickup the items and loads them in his truck. 4. Once the goods are loaded, the driver will press on ‘’successful’’ to announce that the goods are loaded. B- Delivering the goods- Job 2 1. When the driver wants to go the ‘’drop off’’ location, he presses ‘’start’’. The client can also track status of the delivery. 2. When the driver reaches the ‘’drop off’’ location, he presses ‘’arrived’’. The client will be notified that the driver has arrived; the driver will then off load the items. 3. Once the goods are off-loaded, the driver will press on ‘’successful’’ to announce that the goods have been successfully delivered.
