This is a great tool to use when trying to see your actual swing and the path taken to the ball. It also serves as a motivational tool to want to work harder to get the results necessary. Would recommend to any and all parents, coaches and players.

I love this app. It has improved my swing greatly. The only suggestion I have is adding the swing of some little league world series players, to See what youre swing should look like at a certain age

The unfriendly user experience of this app makes it perhaps the worst app Ive ever downloaded onto my phone. There is absolutely nothing intuitive to the app and every time I open it I find myself trying to figure out where to go. Record a swing, okay I recorded it. Now what? Theres no "continue" or "view analysis", nothing at all. Okay lets record some swings of my boys hitting. Sorry. the app defaulted to the parent profile and recorded the swings under the parent profile. WTH? Doesnt matter though, you wont be able to figure out where to go to analyze and view the data anyway. It should be as easy as: 1. Open app 2. What player are we working with today? (Select player) 3. Choose what activity to do and then immediately take the user to that screen with instructions on how to do it and where they will then be able to view the information. We shouldnt have to tell you how to make the app. Spend less on player endorsements or whatever youve paid Mike Trout for and more on user focused design and user testing prior to launch.

Upgrade to 3.0 at your peril. Older versions worked fine, but 3.0 has big problems. During DL got the "expected status code in (200-299)" error. Previously captured swings no longer display bat plane/bat path data. Some of the pro swings are missing. For example, the label will say back view, but it really is face on view. So you end up with 2 identical videos (both face on even though one is labeled back view). Video scrub bars are difficult to "grab". Very frustrating to use. It seems like zepp rushed this version.

Since the update I have had trouble with the app being slow and crashing. I am giving it 3 stars because of what it provides yet am unsatisfied with the function of the app at this time. I am a hitting coach who uses this to assist player understanding and feedback during lessons. However when it is cutting out and crashes during a lesson can be frustrating and I end up not using it. The last app before the update was a lot more reliable and easier to navigate through than this update.
