Care Messenger from ZingHealth is a messaging app that simplifies communication between caregivers, patients, relatives and providers (doctors, nurses, specialists). Typically, admitting a loved one to a hospital for surgery or chemotherapy or a nursing facility for special care, is a stressful situation for the patients family. Some members of the family act as caregivers in a lot of cases. Providers have to communicate medical facts to these caregivers and other immediate family members. In most cases, this involves multiple phone conversations between providers and caregivers.
