Depois de muito procurar achei um programa que funciona perfeitamente, ele faz o que diz na descrição. Realmente consegue extrair o arquivo zip. do iPhone

Depois da última atualização o aplicativo ficou sensacional! Antes, o único problema era que toda vez que o aplicativo ficava minimizado o usuário tinha que entrar na pasta de novo, agora continua na mesma pasta, ou seja, sem queixas, nota dez!
