Description
zoomr allows you to create custom Zoom-In memes/images, without the need for any photo editing software. The image can then be shared socially or saved to your own device for later use.
zoomr allow you to create a custom Zoom-In meme/image, whereby you can zoom in on an image either automatically by using the slider (simple), or manually by selecting each image in turn (slightly less simple!).

What I didnt like: The UI was glitchy. Very annoying that the app watermarked my image, especially given that it cost money and was not free. Still, I got the image I wanted. A cool feature would be that you can just tap where youre trying to zoom to, and the levels+offsets are based off that.
