You are what you eat. Take control of your physical and mental health. Use this eat-yourself-healthy highly illustrated diet tool to help maximise mental and physical fitness and minimise the risk of diet-related disease such as diabetes, obesity, angina, heart attack, stroke, bowel dysfunction, and some cancers. Photos and essential nutritional information and dietary suggestions for 150 healthy foods are hyperlinked throughout to really useful and essential-to-know knowledge about nutrients and recommended daily amounts.
The interface is easy, quick, and intuitive to navigate, colour-coded, searchable, zoomable using the pinch screen function,and viewable in portrait and landscape. The bookmark function provides for archiving favourites. Touch the coloured bar on the memorable rainbow home page listing the 9 colour-coded sections. Touch on any revealed entry for immediate access to a clear, concise, consistently presented information screen specially edited and designed for iPhone, iPad, and iPod screens. Touch hyperlinks for immediate access to recommended daily amounts and other nutritional information. Touch photos in the nutritional information screens to access the screen for the food shown.
