Helped keep me motivated. Exercises are a bit hard but you can take them dlow and gradually build intensity since they are timed. Just do each as hard as you can during the tine given for each. Again, your pace.

Diese App ist meiner Meinung nach die beste App, wenn es darum geht Bauchmuskeln aufzubauen. Ich kann immer noch nicht glauben, dass diese App kostenlos ist.

Ich bin so begeistert, dass ich gerade meine erste Bewertung überhaupt schreibe! Tolle Übungen, knackige Workouts! Keine Werbung, keine Datenverbindung erforderlich, keine unnötigen Zugriffe, einfach nur ehrliches Training! Das Programm steigert sich schön und die Shuffle-Funktion setzt dem ganzen die Krone auf! Absolut ihr Geld wert!
