Ich habe schon viele Meditations-CDs ausprobiert und habe mit dieser nun endlich das perfekte Medium für mich gefunden! Die Musik und Esthers Stimme sind einem angenehmen Atemrhythmus angepasst und es tut einfach nur gut (und fällt vor allem auch leicht) sich ganz darin zu versenken und alles andere auszublenden... wie es eben sein soll. Und das allerbeste: bei mir funktioniert es vom ersten Mal an ganz erstaunlich. Alles, was mich belastet (das ist einiges, bin alleinerziehend mit 2 Kindern von denen eins Asperger Autist ist) fällt einfach von mir ab. Englisch Training gibts obendrauf... Selten waren 12 Euro so gut angelegt! Thanks to you, Esther, to hear your soothing voice is simply a pleasure!

Bought the original version and within one week of using it, many things I had been asking for in my life surfaced. I reccommend it for everyone- even those who are not familiar with Jerry and Esthers work. Its a great way to relax and feeling good is what is most important.

I was one of the first purchasing the Guided Meditation Book and CD back in November 2010, recorded the CD on to my I-Phone and did daily meditation using my headphones, switching daily to one of the 4 available 15 minute recordings. Always wished there would be one additional recording with mostly the background music and Voila, there it is on this App :) I purchased the App last night and really enjoyed this one extra added-on version, as Abraham guides us with a few words into it and then it was up to me to quiet my mind, while breathing to the rhythm of the background music. It was the best meditation period I had out of those now 5 available guides, until I was sort of shocked out of it with the sudden words very close to the end. It was like someone was splashing a bucket of cold water over me while sleeping :) On the original first four sessions, the background music gets tuned down as sort of a warning that you are at the end of the session, before you hear Abrahams final words, but the producers neglected or forgot that on this new session. I will not be able to use this session until there is an update to correct that, as that is a very uncomfortable way of finishing a meditation. In addition, I hope they will add some controls for volume, pause, stop and even rewind, just like they are available on the CD version. All in all, I would recommend any of Esther / Abraham materials to anyone, as they are life enhancing and life changing, never mind the few bugs on this App, as I am sure they will work them out.

I purchased the book and CD and simply loved it. When they came out with the app, I was simply thrilled. However, in several places in a few of the tracks, Esthers voice gets tin-y, which I find really distracts me from getting into the meditation. Its not like that on the CD version. I would be so thrilled if this was improved upon! Other than that, its a wonderful app. (although itd be cool to be able to play it in the background while doing other operations).

These meditations are brilliant. Short and easy enough to make them your daily ritual routine and your life will change instantly. A must do!!!!!

Thank you for this wonderful knowledge. One small note. It would be very useful if the guidance info that accompany each meditation comes in audio format as well. I love hearing Esther and Abraham, it is much more powerful when she speaks than just read the words. Thank you
