Description
The Accident Buddy mobile app is designed and developed to remove the stress of a road traffic accident. Our team have over 40 years of experience in motor claims. Simply download the app, register your details and then in the event of an accident use the easy reporting function to send us the information. NO NEED TO CONTACT ANYONE ELSE – we will take care of that for you. The app is designed to capture best evidence at the scene, including 3rd party details, pictures & video of the damage to the vehicles involved, and other key information to help our experienced team deal with your report.
If you are involved in an accident then activating our app will ensure that you receive assistance straight way. We will make sure that you have immediate assistance and advice, and if your vehicle is immobilised, get it uplifted to a place of safety, and make arrangements for you to get home. If you are not at fault for the accident, we can provide a replacement vehicle for you. If you are unfortunate enough to be injured in the accident, we will recover compensation for the loss, injury and damage you have sustained. We ensure that you do not have to go all round the houses, calling insurers, brokers, garages, solicitors etc. We will do all that for you, and if you are not at fault, you can also avoid having to pay any policy excess or losing your no claims discount.
The app also allows you to capture photographic and video evidence of the accident scene. It will also allow you to upload dash cam footage.
The app is free to use. The services provided by Accident Buddy do not require any payment from you. Your claim will be on a no-win no-fee basis, and when the claim succeeds you will receive 100% of the compensation due to you.
If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself involved in a road traffic accident, simply press the “speak to a claims handler” button, or submit the details through the app and we will take care of the rest.
