No more lengthy phone calls to report and explain maintenance issues. The Direct Repairs app allows you to simply take a photo or record a short video of the problem using your mobile device. The issue is then sent directly to your agent or landlord to arrange the necessary repairs for you.
Email notifications are received when the status of your repair changes and you can track it easily along the way.
What’s more, the app is completely free for tenants to use.
For agents and landlords, our aim is to help you by simplifying the letting repairs reporting system both for your tenants and more importantly for your business, in order to save you time and money.

Weve removed the language barrier and with our Direct Repairs app we give you the platform to organise all of your incoming maintenance issues via one simple app. Whether in the office or on the go, keep track of your business with our professional app any time anywhere.
We have now added support for languages: Polish, Punjabi and Chinese. What does this mean?
If a customer submits a request in one of these native languages it automatically translates the request into English for the agent to action. When the job is passed back to the customer it automatically coverts to their native language.
We have also added a new feature; Keys.. The tenant can now specify whether they wish to be present during any works or not. If not this increases repair time scales.
