Quickly swap out products, edit formats, write descriptions, apply discounts, and add photos as you customize proposals to fit the customers and companys needs. You can make proposals in a "good, better, best" format to give your customers more control in their decisions.
Next easily turn proposals into interactive presentation pieces to revolutionize the way you close deals. Once the customer has decided which option they want, they can accept the proposal and sign right in-app. If the customer isnt ready to sign off right away, Acquire makes it easy to print out or email proposal options in the same, clean, beautiful format seen in-app. When a proposal is accepted, it automatically becomes an invoice that can be emailed or printed. Proposals are assigned to specific jobs, locations, or customers so you can have a detailed file on proposed, completed or declined jobs.
Data is automatically shared for a seamless integration between field techs and back office. The app works both on and offline, syncing with the back office after reconnecting with service.
Acquire has an easy-to-use interface, that can be managed completely from a tablet/smartphone or from the desktop app. You’ll get set up easily with the help of a Pointman Customer Success team member, and can get started right away.
App integrates with both SWRemote and Field Nimble.
