Scout enables field and home service companies to gain more time in their daily operations by streamlining workflow with paperless forms. Build work orders, agreements, and other fillable forms necessary for day-to-day business. Scout makes it easy to gather and track business data, then store it in one place. Include mandatory fields on your digital forms to ensure you get all the information you need the first time around. Since all forms are digital, there’s no need to worry about illegible handwriting or soiled papers. Data is automatically shared for a seamless integration between the techs and back office. The app works both on and offline, syncing with the back office after reconnecting with service. All the forms can be converted into PDFs, easy to print, email, and share with current and prospective customers. Forms can be assigned to specific jobs or locations. Job info is added with relevant information for field techs; information can include past job history, features about the property, and other important information that techs use to complete the jobs correctly. Scout has an easy-to-use interface, that can be managed completely from a tablet/smartphone or from the desktop app. You’ll get set up easily with the help of a Pointman Customer Success team member, and can get started right away. App integrates with both SWRemote and Field Nimble.
