Description
AD Help Desk allows secure password reset and account modification of user accounts stored in Microsofts Active Directory. This application will work “Out of the box”, requiring absolutely no modifications to your Active Directory infrastructure.
AD Help Desk is 100% secure. All traffic between the domain controller and the iOS device is encrypted.
Gartner states that 30% of helpdesk calls are related to password reset management and account lockout. AD Help Desk was specifically designed with these extremely common tasks in mind allowing you to diagnose and fix account problems in only seconds, but AD Help Desk isn’t limited in it’s functionality to resetting user passwords.
It also provides a powerful solution for the network administrator who needs to do more than simply reset account passwords by providing ADSI like editing of many user and computer properties.
With AD Help Desk you can easily:
-Diagnose problems with user accounts (disabled, locked, password expired, etc.)
-Reset user passwords and unlock locked accounts
-Force password reset at next login
-Generate Reports for locked accounts, expiring accounts, or expiring password
-Notify users of their new password via text message
-Manage groups and group membership
-Edit user and computer attributes

More than 90% of your AD management operations can be performed without requiring you to spend a dime. A few more advanced management functions can only be performed by the fully featured AD HelpDesk application.
