AMIS TMS là ứng dụng mobile của phần mềm quản trị doanh nghiệp hợp nhất AMIS. AMIS TMS giúp:
Quản lý cấp trên:
• Giao việc, nhắc việc, cập nhật tình hình thực hiện công việc đã giao cho nhân viên, phản hồi hướng dẫn nhân viên thực hiện công việc mọi lúc, mọi nơi qua Mobile.
• Đánh giá tiến độ, chất lượng những việc nhân viên đã hoàn thành. Xem lại lịch sử thực hiện công việc để đánh giá nhân viên.
• Tra cứu, tìm kiếm công việc theo thời gian, loại việc, mức độ quan trọng, người thực hiện,...
• Xác định, thay đổi những người liên quan cùng tham gia theo dõi công việc được giao cho nhân viên.
Nhân viên cấp dưới (người thực hiện công việc):
• Tiếp nhận công việc, trao đổi xin ý kiến cấp trên, báo cáo tiến độ thực hiện công việc.
• Theo dõi lịch sử trao đổi công việc giữa nhân viên (người thực hiện) và cấp trên (người giao việc).
• Theo dõi công việc quá hạn hay sắp đến hạn phải hoàn thành để có kế hoạch thực hiện.
Để sử dụng được sản phẩm, công ty bạn phải đang sử dụng AMIS.
