Description

Truck Drivers scan and send documents (fax and email), send messages and provide tracking of each shipment. Drivers have the capability to receive message notifications and respond to carrier dispatch personnel. Track your shipment by using the tracking option. This will send a tracking update via email to the recipient based on your interval selection. You can also share your location with anyone with an email address! This is an easy way to use GPS Tracking without any expensive cost or equipment needed! Axis TMS Lite version allows you to a selection of features - the app is completely free. • Scan Documents by Fax or Email from your iPhone or iPad Device o Enhanced Quality Scan o All scans are auto uploaded to Carrier dashboard (if you work for a carrier) o Auto or Manual Crop o Add More Pages - Scan Multiple Documents at once o Send as Fax or Email o Reference # / Document Type (Bill of Lading, Receipt, Scale Ticket, Other) • Tracking o Tracking Notifications sent to email and Carrier dashboard. (if you work for a carrier) o Auto sends on interval tracking updates o Turn Tracking On / Off manually o Select Tracking Interval o Select Expiration of Tracking (After how many hours to stop tracking) o Add Order ID o Add Truck ID • Messaging o Send and Receive messages from Carrier. If you are using the GPS tracking feature in Axis TMS Lite, please note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
