Description

Apnea Diver is a training app to help you improve your breathing technique and ability to hold your breath, specifically for Apnea Diving. This app works on strengthening the diaphragm muscles to help fill your lungs with more oxygen on inhalation and release as much carbon dioxide upon exhalation. The static tables also help to improve general athletic ability because it improves you lung capacity. There are 3 exercise tables. The first focussing on carbon dioxide exhalation, the second on increasing oxygen inhalation and the third focusses on Pranayama which is good for meditation and stress relief. Features: -Stop-watch to set maximum breath hold time -Auto and adjustable settings for exercise tables -Audio instructions -Log book to track progress -Ability to save custom settings

App muito ruim! Cheio de defeitos! Não conta o tempo total das mesas corretamente e quando você está fazendo uma apneia e a tela do celular bloqueia sozinha o App para de marcar o tempo, ridículo! Aplicativo muito ruim, não recomendo a ngm!

only default settings work (you can edit and save custom intervals but the get miscalculated in the co2/O2 screens, which makes the app mostly useless)

It’s an app that takes your freediving Apnea table and makes it super easy to follow. There is an O2 table, Co2, and Pranayama table that most freedivers will be looking for. However, the biggest flaw, and its a big one, is that it doesn’t help you keep track of your Apnea PR. You would basically have to remember, or write down, your longest hold to see if you are improving. They should definitely have a log that can graph how you’ve improved after you start training.

good, but some settings are not freely adjustable

The CO2 table settings wont let me go under 1min of ventilation. Other than that, it seems good. I havent had similar issues with the oxygen settings.

HR not working

Bought this app only cuz of HR option. Shown on screenshot. But turning it on practically does nothing. Other than that its basic apnea tables.
