Description
Habitapp for Arena Housing makes it easy for tenants to report a repair, or for someone else to report it on a tenants behalf. Use this iPhone App instead of emailing, texting or calling Arena. Users can even take pictures of the required repair and attach it to the message. The app uses standard repair categories to help the user submit information in the most useful format for Arena. Submitted reports are copied via email to the users own email address, providing the user with a copy for future reference (dependant on the user completing the relevant application profile option).
Arena Housing Association was formed following the merger of St Helens-based Grosvenor Housing Association and Liverpool-based Liver Housing Association in August 2001. In October 2006, Arena Housing Group was established by creating a parent company with six partner organisations, between them managing almost 14,000 properties across Merseyside, the North West and Yorkshire.
