Description
Habitapp for Mosscare Housing makes it easy for tenants to report a repair, or for someone else to report it on a tenants behalf. Use this iPhone App instead of emailing, texting or calling Mosscare. Users can even take pictures of the required repair and attach it to the message. The app uses standard repair categories to help the user to submit information in the most useful format for Mosscare. Submitted reports are copied via email to the users own email address, providing the user with a copy for future reference.
The Mosscare Housing Group is made up of Mosscare Housing, Mossbank Homes and Mosscare Developments; and operates across Manchester and Stockport. It is a charitable, not for profit housing association providing high quality affordable housing with over 4,500 properties in Greater Manchester.
