Put a big grin on your customers’ faces by letting them know the minute their parcels are on the way – and by setting the parcel’s tracking status to a nice, reassuring ‘Started’.
Just scan a parcel (one that’s trackable) with your phone when it’s ready to go, and tap in your customer’s email address and your business name. When that’s done, the parcel’s tracking status will move from ‘Pending’ to ‘Started’.
We’ll shoot your customer an early tracking email on your behalf, and send them regular updates to let them know how their parcel’s travelling as it makes its way into their hands.
