Not enough biller base.

Huge organisations always tried to own their customers but failed. You created a service hoping people can follow you without providing enough convenience by a wide enough biller base in prior. Moreover, the use case is substantially against human when most of the population who knows how to use internet has email services already. You are supposed to create joint with many billers and formulate the "digital bills" standard for delivery to email mailbox of everyone. Who wants to memorise another set of login details just to check a couple of bills, when they can still choose to receive paper bills with no penality?
