Transaksi gagal

"Transaksi Gagal" always occurs when doing transaction. My internet connection is great, I can do "Cek Saldo" but i cant do any transactions (e-commerce, transfer) at all. Please fix it.

Masih bermasalah!

Sudah menggunakan aplikasi ini selama beberapa bulan, dan (yang saya sadari) terdapat dua kali transaksi yang dihitung double. Pertama, saya membayar kartu kredit dan ternyata di hari keesokannya uang di rekening saya terpotong sebesar jumlah yang saya bayar untuk pembayaran kartu kredit di hari sebelumnya. Kedua, saya transfer ke bank lain, lagi di keesokan harinya, uang saya terpotong dengan jumlah sama yang saya transfer. Saya coba hubungi call center, masalah pertama telah diselesaikan. Masalah kedua, saya diharuskan menelpon kantor cabang saya membuka rekening, dan kantor cabang tersebut sangat sulit untuk dihubungi (kedoya permai). Saya dianjurkan untuk mendatangi kantor cabang tersebut, sedangkan saya harus terus bepergian dan tidak ada waktu untuk mendatangi kantor cabang itu (bukannya ini kegunaan mobile banking?). Sangat mengecewakan!!!

Finger print ability

Where is the finger print ability????? Since all new iphone has been equipped with finger print sensors, I wish that new upgrade will include finger print to open our account details, so we will no need to enter that long password over and over again.
