After setting up your Biometric feature, just scan your face or fingerprint to get into haloBCA app.
3. Contact Customer Service Without Credit
You can contact our Customer Service with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) credit-free call or simply through Halo BCA Chat.
4. Works Anywhere
haloBCA can be used anywhere in Indonesia and abroad as long as your phone is connected to an internet network.
5. Trustworthy Halo BCA Number & Account
No need to worry about fake Halo BCA contacts that are circulating and troubling. Access official BCA contacts through the "Kontak & Media Sosial" menu.
6. Update Data Directly from the Application
You can update your data from a smartphone. Just access the "Akun Saya" menu from this application.
7. Check The Report Status
You can check your report status and handling time estimation from the apps.
8. Easier to unblock your ATM PIN
