I need more freedom to control MY business online page. Please allow restaurant owners to change some of the information such as closing online store, price, sub choices, out of stock or in stock, disable delivery, delivery time, and adjust orders. Sometimes we are out of a dish and cannot make it. Or sometimes we dont have a delivery driver. We should be able to control these stuff ourselves instead of going through beyond menu.

The company has updated the website which is taking the payment of the credit card then pay the restaurant after half month, who else like to put the money on your pocket for 2weeks? This is funny.

Lots of room to improve

I like the idea of having app for owner. However this app is very limited to what you can do. For example you cant edit your own menu,you cant edit any descriptions for menu item. You cant edit front page massage for greeting or daily special. And you cant edit how you want your fax layout. I was able to do all of these before they took over Chinese ordering.com( not sure). They platform was so much more flexible. You could change thing around however you like.
