Billing Hours - Time Tracking at Mac App Store analyse

I know nobody using apps on his or her iphone for work. Its way to small and inpractical. Such an app should be for Ipad in my and my friends opinion. Can not really test it, when it looks awefull, sorry. Give me an Ipad version and Ill weite a better review.

Might be good, but needs attention to make it useable. Sorely needs the ability to draw contact information from the iPhone contacts. No one wants to have to enter all that information for every client into this app by hand, especially when all that contact info is already on the phone. Just import from iphone contacts please. Also needs the ability to preview the invoice in the app without having to email or print it. Presently youd have to email it to yourself, open it there, check it, and then return to the app if it requires any editing. Hopefully updates will add these essential features. As it stands, unfortunately its just not useable (unless perhaps you only need to do one or two single invoices, otherwise just too much work). Thanks for the effort devs. Youre on the right track, just needs some tweaks.

Hi Just downloaded this and am still familiarizing myself with the app. Already seeing where this wont work for me. Some simple adds would help. I have a major client where i do some work by the hour and some work on a flat rate/unit basis. Further some jobs are billed at different hourly rates. I want to be able to put all of this on one invoice but that does not appear possible with this app. There needs to be much more flexibility about how to enter time and different rates within a client including flat rate jobs. Also the time clock feature may well be useful but I would prefer to enter a specific number of hours rather than track literal time. I might work four hours on a project but this could be spread over 8 or more hours in a day. It is not necessary to track by the second - too much of a nuisance. I also cant see where I tell the app the tax rate I need to apply. I live in canada and need to apply GST or HST depending on where I do the work. As it goes the app does not seem very sensitive to geography. Maybe it is there - I just have not found it yet Please continue to develop this app - it has promise - but I wont likely use it as is

I love the look and feel of this app for tracking hours. I do casual work, and the option to choose different time increments is great. Also love the filter for paid vs invoices items. For simple bookkeeping, I am very pleased that I can email an auto-created invoice that has room for notes. A suggestion for a future update is to make the iPad and iPhone apps sync up; that would be so handy, and itd be worth a small fee. I look forward to updates! Thanks for this free app!!
