Time Master can track both time and expenses. You can track time using start and stop times, duration, and/or timers. All time entries are tracked for a single day, so time entries cannot be greater than 24 hours. It will allow you to time across days, for example if you start a job at 8 p.m. and finish at 2 a.m., it will have a duration of 6 hours.
Expenses can be setup for recurring fixed cost items, such as burning a CD, reimbursement of hardware items, or fluid things such as toll expenses, automobile mileage, etc.
Quick reporting can be done on the iPhone / iPod Touch with the Reports function. The report can be emailed in an HTML and/or CSV format.
Adding new Clients, Projects, Tasks and Expenditures is super easy. You can create them on the fly without having to navigate to a separate maintenance screen. To edit them you can tap on Setup, do you edit and then return to where you left off in Time Entries or Expenses. By selecting a Project or Task first will automatically fill in the Client field for quick entry.

Apres de nombreuses comparaisons...
Javais besoin dun soft de gestion de mon temps de travail et de facturation simple, souple, réactif. Jen ai teste un paquet, surtout sur mac (billings, ibiz,...) et sur ipad (invoice2go (factures faciles) et quicksale) et cest clairement time master qui me convient car : 1- pas dapp a lheure actuelle qui ait une version mac ET ipad valable (comme par exemple le tres bon omnifocus) 2 - la sauvegarde des bases par dropbox est de base 3 - le systeme de time tracking avec compteur de temps et odometre en cas de besoin est ce dont jai besoin 4 - modele de facture pdf professionnel, meme si pas encore totalement personnalisable Nb : bien penser a mettre le setting general de lipad (General-> international-> region format->) sur france pour etre en euros par defaut NB: le SAV est impeccable, ils répondent dans les heures qui suivent, je suis assez impressionné

Excelente aplicativo para fazer timesheet! Para quem viaja muito ou trabalha bastante fora do escritorio, é uma ótima ferramenta, bastante flexível para se ajustar às diferentes necessidades de cada um, inclusive na parte do relatório, que é muito bom. Recomendo!
DIE Zeiterfassung
Flexibel, kundenbezogen, einfach... was will man mehr. Dies ist die x-te Zeiterfassung die ich teste, und es ist die letzte. Bin echt begeistert!

Nachdem ich jetzt wirklich schon viele Apps zur Zeiterfassung ausprobiert habe und mit dem letzten doch sehr zufrieden war, habe ich etwas gezögert bei dem Preis. Aber die Anschaffung hat sich absolut gelohnt. Kleine Abstriche mache ich mal bei der Oberfläche, da gibt es andere Tools die da sehr viel ansprechender sind, aber der Leistungsumfang ist schon gewaltig. Alle Vorgänge lassen sich wirklich sehr flexibel erfassen. Was mir sehr gut gefällt ist die Möglichkeit mehrere Erfassungen gleichzeitig zu erfassen. Die Auswertungen sind sehr übersichtlich und flexibel. Kunden können aus dem Adressbuch genommen werden und müssen nicht extra erfasst werden, Preise lassen sich für jedesProjekt und für jeden Kunden gesondert hinterlegen. Was aber den Ausschlag gegeben hat ist die Möglichkeit auf mehreren mobilen Geräten Erfassungen zu tätigen und sie dann miteinander zu synchronisieren. So ist es egal ob ich jetzt beim Kunden mit dem iPad arbeite oder mit dem iPhone. Ich kann die Daten abgleichen. Auch wenn man für die Synchronisation ein extra Modul bezahlen muss so hat sich die Anschaffung für mich gelohnt. Den Preis finde ich fair für eine professionelle App, die professionellen Ansprüchen genügt.

Nutze diese App. Seit ein paar Monaten um als Selbständiger mein Stundenaufkommen zu verwalten und Reports für die Abrechnung zu erstellen. Auch die Synchronisation zwischen iPad und iPhone funktioniert einwandfrei. Jeden Cent Wert!

Eine der besten Apps für Zeiterfassung überhaupt. Die Möglichkeiten sind dermaßen vielfältig und umfangreich, ein Hammer. Der hohe Preis hat mich zunächst abgeschreckt, aber im Nachhinein muss ich sagen, die App ist jeden Cent Wert. Der Support ist schnell und freundlich. Ich erfasse meine Zeiten und Ausgaben damit und schreibe die Rechnung direkt aus der App, schneller und einfacher geht es nicht. Und mit jedem Update wird sie besser. Weiter so.
