Block & Flow is simple, beautiful and will get your productivity flowing. FEATURES: - A 25-minute visual countdown keeps you focussed and avoiding distractions. - Manage your energy levels with regular breaks - Measure your day, week and longer by how many blocks you finish. - Colour code a block for the activities that you do often or care particularly about. - Goals enable you to be intentional with your time. - History gives you an understanding of where your time goes. - A block’s duration can be changed to your ideal time. WHY IT WORKS: - It makes it easy to get the day started. Just do your first block. - Creates an enjoyment and satisfaction as you see all that you get done. See your blocks build up one by one. - It is clear when to stop. Stop when your block has finished, or after you have done x many blocks for the day. - Every block that you finish is a small success. This app is great. It is easy to navigate and easy to keep using. It helps keep me on track, and it also helps keep me from over doing it on days when I forget my limits. It is encouraging to be able to look back on all the work Ive done and my comments along the way. I highly recommend this app for students or for anybody who wants a little help organizing their time.

Really helps keep me focused and to track how much time is spent doing certain things. Would be pretty much perfect if there was the ability to set weekly goals for each block, instead of just a total number of all block for the week.

What I like about the app is that it can be tailored to your needs. You can set up projects and goals or simple daily routines within the block system. Ive already upgraded to the premium version for this reason.
