HOW IT WORKS • 25 minutes of focus session, • 5 minutes of short break after every focus session, • After 4 focus sessions, take a long, 15 minute break. • This is the traditional settings, but you can customize your focus sessions, • If you leave or switch to another app during a session, you will lose your progress. HOW TO USE • Touch the middle of the circle to start/pause the timer, • Touch and hold when the timer is counting to reset the current focus session, • Shake the phone when the timer is counting to skip to the next session, • Swipe right to enter the settings, • Swipe left to see your stats, • Swipe up to share an inspiring daily quote, • Swipe down to: - choose the background for the next round: flick(left or right) the circle, - choose the ambient background music: flick(left or right) the bottom icons, - adjust the ambient volume: slider on the top: only visible when a session is running.
