Pretty pleased with the app. It seems pretty easy to maneuver.

Really love using this app - its helpful to see everything in one place. I would suggest adding RapidPass to the app though!

After donating blood at my schools blood drive, I got a letter with my donor card and telling me about the app. I got really excited because I thought Id be able to track my donation, but when I put in my birthday it said I couldnt donate because I was too young and would need my parents consent. Obviously, I already donated and got consent, and I dont see any way I can make an account without lying about my age, which I dont want to do. There should be some way to tell the app that youve already donated or something, so people like me arent just banned from using the app.

Love this app! I love the details I get for each appointment and how it synchronizes with everything else, like my calendar. I do wish, however, that we could mark our eligibility on it so that Red Cross could see. For example, Im pregnant now, so I cant donate for quite some time. I wish there were an option to check that. That way Red Cross doesnt need to waste time in contacting me. I do love the rapid pass and that the card can be scanned from our phone. Great app! Runs smoothly too. Very organized.

This app makes it so easy to schedule an appointment and track my history of donations! Definitely worth using, whether you are a frequent or infrequent donor.

Features Id love to see (in no particular order): 1) As others have mentioned, incorporate RapidPass. At a minimum provide a link directly from a scheduled donation in the app to the standard web page; better yet, develop a mobile version of the questions that can be answered from within the app. (And while youre working in that area, put the multiple resulting bar codes on separate "pages" and click or swipe to go through them. Personnel have to keep trying to cover up barcodes to target the one they are trying to scan.) 2) Provide a link within the appointment record to "add to calendar". Currently this option is offered when the appointment is first scheduled but if you miss it, there isnt a way to go back later and add it. 3) Design the iOS version to reorient when the device is turned. Apps that assume theyll only be viewed in "vertical" orientation are really annoying when using a device in a holder (like an iPad mini horizontally). 4) Widen the blood drive search parameters to make it easier for me to immediately schedule my next donation as soon as I complete one. I often have to wait several weeks before I can easily search for my next possible location, which means Im not donating quite as often over time as I would/could have. 5) Support setting up notifications so that if I dont yet have a donation set up soon after my next eligible date, I can be alerted when drives get scheduled within x miles of a stated location. Distinguish between opportunities at fixed donation centers versus "drives." 6) Let me reschedule if a donation opportunity becomes available that works better for me than one I already have booked. Starting from the existing appointment, offer a "change appointment" function that includes canceling the existing reservation if a new one is selected.

I would like RapidPass integrated into this app. I would also like to schedule my next appointment in this app while I am waiting out my 15 minutes. (apparently I have to wait at least 24 hours before the systems sync). All in all, this is a great app.
